Triphine Miyanda, the Managing Partner is an experienced corporate transactional and legal practitioner with strong commercial acumen having worked for local and international organisations managing and overseeing legal functions at senior executive level and enhancing cost optimisation strategies.

She is a qualified Advocate with over 15 years’ experience in corporate transactions  acquired through providing counsel to both public and private corporations having worked as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at FINCA Zambia; Country Legal and Compliance Officer with Eferton Group of Companies, Commercial and Regulatory Specialist at MTN Zambia Limited and State Advocate at Ministry of Justice under the Attorney General’s Chambers. Triphine is versatile able to develop and oversee regulatory compliance strategies and mitigate legal risks and exposures that may affect commercial operations in Zambia. She has been exposed to a number of negotiations, mergers and acquisition and various commercial business transactions, including legal audits within SADC region and possesses expertise in corporate governance, regulatory and compliance business strategies; legal audits; contract management; commercial transactions and securities.

William Phiri, is a robust practitioner with vast experience in litigation having been admitted to the Zambian bar in 2012. He has over 8 years’ experience and brings a wealth of knowledge having dealt with various matters which include debt recovery; industrial and labor disputes; land conveyance matters; contract matters; probate and tortuous liability; mortgage actions and various commercial disputes.

William worked with the Foundation for International Community Assistance Zambia Limited (FINCA) as Legal Manager and was responsible for security perfection, credit management through debt collection and implementing vigorous recovery and litigation
strategies for 14 branches. He possesses strong business acumen and research skills having worked as an Associate at Corpus Globe Legal Practitioners and the Zambia Law Development Commission respectively. Mr. Phiri is able to oversee litigation and manage dispute resolution effectively that may affect commercial operations in Zambia.
